Penn Commercial has negotiated the freehold sale of Bridge House Centre, Woodbridge Road, Framlingham to civil engineering specialists, Galldris Group, on behalf of long-standing client, The Gipping Valley Property Co Ltd. Formed in 1998, Galldris is a major contractor for the Sizewell C scheme.
The Framlingham property comprises portacabin offices of approximately 136 sq m (1,463 sq ft), and a yard area 0.2 hectare (0.5 acre), with planning use classes B1, B2 and B8.

Penn Commercial celebrates letting of ca. 1 million sq ft at Orwell Logistics Park – one of the UK’s largest logistics deals in 2024
Penn Commercial is delighted to be the local agent on one of the three largest logistics deals in the UK this year, for nearly 1 million square feet at Orwell Logistics Park, in Nacton, Ipswich.
The Penn team has been proud to work with BGO and Equation Properties as joint agents with M1 Agency and JLL to let Phase 1 – comprising two units of ca. 27,984 sq m (301,214 sq ft) and 23,807 sq m (256,255 sq ft) respectively – and to pre-let Phase 2 – comprising two units of ca. 46,451 sq m (500,000 sq ft) and 2,354 sq m (25,335 sq ft) respectively – to Sizewell C, along with 2.16 hectares (5.34 acres) of open storage.
Sizewell C will take immediate occupation of the two Phase 1 units. Construction of Phase 2 will be completed in Summer 2025.
