Penn Commercial was pleased to work with Eilir Rogers to find her dream new delicatessen premises at 23 Market Hill, in the picturesque market town of Woodbridge.
Eilir will be moving her Grundisburgh Dog Delicatessen in The Street, Grundisburgh to Woodbridge’s historic Market Hill, where the business will be renamed ‘Essen’.
It will provide customers with the opportunity to sit down and enjoy a range of meats and cheeses, topped off with a glass of wine or beer.
“There will be charcuterie and cheese boards, a deli with seating and the offer to buy wine and drink it on site”, says Eilir.
"If somebody wants to sit down and have a little cheese board, they can have a glass of wine with it.”
The opening hours for the new delicatessen will be 8am to 4pm, although Eilir has applied for extended licensing hours for events, such as a cheese and wine pairing evening.
Eilir is hoping to open ‘Essen’ in the Autumn.
