Penn Commercial has sold the long leasehold investment in the 65.5 sq m (705 sq ft) café premises at 15a Regatta Quay, Ipswich, to Coffeelink Ltd, on behalf of a long-standing client. This popular venue on Ipswich's thriving Waterfront is operated by Harbour Deli Limited, trading as The Grazing Sheep, whose lease runs until April 2029. The café will operate as normal following the sale.
