Penn Commercial has arranged the successful letting of 223.64 sq m (2,408 sq ft) Class E Unit B at popular neighbourhood shopping centre, Greenways Ravenswood, on the south side of Ipswich, Suffolk, to High Seat Limited (‘HSL’), on a 10-year lease, on behalf of long-standing client, Tramco Cambridge.

Ravenswood has always been popular locally, and from the A14. This is a highly-visible and busy destination on one of the main roads into Ipswich, offering a total of 14 retail units, including a Co-op store, PureGym, Day Lewis, McDonalds, Subway and Ipswich Building Society. The Centre also includes a large Medical Centre, Day Nursery and Community Centre, and has its own car park, with 160 spaces.
In 2024, Gridserve installed eight ultra-high speed charging points in the car park to facilitate EV charging. Day Lewis, the multiple chemist, also opened a new shop – 90.34 sq m (972 sq ft) Class E retail Unit J, let by Penn Commercial – and PureGym opened a new 13,000 sq ft unit on the site, following Lidl’s relocation to a new purpose-built store directly opposite.
