Penn Commercial has arranged the freehold sale of a warehouse premises in Parham, Suffolk to shipping, haulage and warehousing specialists, Cargo Secure.
The premises comprise a warehouse unit of approximately 29,424 sq ft (2,734 sq m) Gross Internal Area, on a site area 1.7 acres (0.689 Ha.), with extensive on-site car parking.
