Penn Commercial has arranged the successful freehold investment sale of Queens House, in Ipswich’s Queen Street, to Sandpit Systems Ltd, on behalf of a long-standing client.
The Class E premises comprises a mixed office, retail and residential development, with existing commercial tenants Hillfort Law Firm Ltd, The Co-operative Bank Plc, Central Canteen and St Elizabeth Hospice’s Zest store – all of which remain unaffected by the sale.
Penn Commercial has also been appointed as the managing agent for the multi-storey building, located in a prominent position in the heart of Ipswich town centre.
